Kelowna Mens Group

Are you looking for a group of men who are grounded, intentional and also looking for friendship and support?

If so, come and join us at the next Kelowna Mens Group.

These men’s circles happen regularly at various venues in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Each circle has a different theme and is curated by Andrew Mundy, PCC.

Andrew has been a men’s coach and facilitator for almost 7 years and brings a wide variety of experience and practices into these circles.

You can expect that there will be a practice in each of these circles which may include meditation, breathwork or visualization.

You can also expect that there will be an opportunity to connect with other high-level men, get your questions answered and receive support both from the group and from Andrew.

You’ll also get added to a private WhatsApp group with other men who have attended at least one men’s circle, so that you can continue to connect with men outside of our in-person meetings.
